Mike Gora lives in Hayesville, NC. He is a retired software executive and former software engineer who now develops and maintains a number of web sites as a hobby, as a volunteer public service and as a part-time business.

Mike is a member of the Carolina Nature Photographers Association and a member of the National Association of Photoshop Professionals. His photos have been published in WNC (Western North Carolina) Magazine, Ohio Magazine, Lakeland Boating Magazine, Lake Erie Living Magazine and numerous newspapers and newsletters in North Carolina and Ohio.
