According to the Clay County Progress, "the pair, a young male and female, were expected to migrate to the Hiwassee Wildlife Refuge in Tennessee, where the male has wintered for the past two years, but it looks like the two extremely endangered feathered friends may have chosen to ride out the winter in our neck of the woods instead."
