Clay County 2011 Calendar for the 150th Anniversary is Now Available

In celebration of Clay County’s 150th anniversary in 2011, a special 14-month commemorative wall calendar is now available. The calendar contains 18 pages of 8.5x11 historic and current photos and can be used as a beautiful wall calendar and as a long-term souvenir of the sesquicentennial.

The calendar makes a wonderful holiday gift and is  available at Tiger’s Store and Phillips & Lloyd on the square and also at Books and Beans on Hwy. 69 and at the Clay County Chamber of Commerce. It will also available at various town and county events this year and next, starting at the Punkin’ Chunkin Fall Festival on Nov. 5-6. Proceeds go to the Clay County Historic and Arts Council, whose Sesquicentennial Committee created the calendar with the help of many contributors. We suggest that you call one of the stores to reserve your calendar(s), since quantities are limited. Contact if you have questions.
